After being charged with a third DUI, I was able to take the necessary actions to turn my life around and find sobriety during my one-year license suspension. Having had previous knowledge of Smart Start, I sought them out to oversee my three-year ignition interlock period. The staff I've dealt with in-person and over the phone have been helpful and informative through from the installation through the two-plus years of calibrations. I have experienced minimal troubles with the unit, and it has posed no real change to my attention to the road—it is very much another habit of my daily driving. Although this is by no means a desirable position for anyone, Smart Start has done a fantastic job of making it as trouble-free as possible.
