July is here, so is the New Kansas DUI Law
Along with another month brings the implementation of the new Kansas DUI law. The new law requires proof of installation and proof of removal of your ignition interlock device. This law requires the completion of a 12 month interlock program in order to get your license reinstated. In order to prove your time on the interlock program the state will send you a letter that will show a date box for installation and removal. These boxes must be completed by a certified provider in the stat of Kansas to prove completion of the program.
