Smart Start In-Hom, In Home / In House Alcohol Monitoring Device

What if there was a system out there that could monitor an offender for alcohol several times a day, that cost less than ONE drink at a bar?  This would mean that any court system, for any reason could monitor an offender without a financial burden being imposed.  Whether it be a DUI, child custody case or domestic violence courts can now monitor these offenders with a VERY low cost alternative call the Smart Start In-Hom Device.

The Smart Start In-Hom monitors an individual through multiple breath tests per day.  These tests, while only taking a couple of seconds to complete, can be done from any location.  Each test captures an image of the person taking the test for positive identification that the result it coming from who is supposed to be taking the test.  These can results then, based on the level of monitoring, can be uploaded wirelessly to the monitoring authority setup by the court.  Just that simple, for less than the cost of one drink at a bar.  Truly unheard of.

This device only requires a standard outlet and can be taken anywhere with the offender.  It also can be programmed to test at any interval, as well as randomly upon request at anytime.  Many features can be programmed to meet the specific needs of any court.
