New Law Means New Paperwork
Along with the new Kansas DUI law brings new paperwork. To show proof of installation offenders are now receiving an Ignition Interlock Verification Form. This form must be filled out by by a certified installation facility, not only upon installation, but on removal as well. This form will provide proof that the 12 months of interlock were completed. I will try to get a copy of the new form posted, it may be helpful to those who are or will be tackling this process.
